Q - CAN I REQUEST OVERNIGHT OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

A - No. The items we sell are classified as flammable material and can only be shipped by Ground Service (UPS is our carrier). They cannot be transported by air. Please see our shipping information page for more information about delivery times.

Q - Can you ship sparklers to Hawaii, Alaska or Outside the United States?
A - No, due to shipping restrictions, we are only able to ship sparklers to the 48 continental states. All SparklersDepot.com orders are sent out by UPS ground shipping only. Due to USDOT regulations, this is the only way they can be shipped.

Q How much is the shipping charge?

A -  Orders over $69 are shipped free.  All other orders are shipped for a flat fee of $9.99.

Q How far in advance should I place my order?

A If kept dry, the items we sell have a very long shelf life.  So, order early to reduce your stress.

SparklersDepot.com will ship your order the same day it is ordered if placed before 12PM Central time or the following day if after 12PM. Delivery time for your order will range between 5-10 business days.  This only includes business days. 

Q - DO YOU SELL SMOKELESS SPARKLERS?

A Metal wire sparklers produce significantly less smoke than wood or bamboo stick sparklers. The metal stick sparklers are what is referred to as smokeless. This is because bamboo stick sparklers will burn, smoke, and drop ash when ignited. ALL SparklersDepot.com sparklers are metal stick. Bamboo is cheaper to use BUT they will not give you the moments you are looking for.

Q Do YOU SELL SILVER SPARKLERS?

A - The chemicals used to manufacture silver sparks are not allowed under the current federal regulations for sparklers, and therefore silver sparklers are not currently on the market. Take notice of the photographs on our website of our sparklers being used at weddings to get an accurate idea of the color. Please note: the metal handle and sparkler material is a silver/gray color.

Q - Do sparklers come in any other colors than gold?
A - Yes. However, other colors produce excessive smoke and tend to glow instead of sparkle.

Q - What are the best size sparklers for parties and weddings?
A - In order to allow enough time for everyone to get their sparklers lit and have them all burning simultaneously, the best size sparklers are either 20 inch (2 minute burn time) or 36 inch (4 minute burn time). 10 inch sparklers have a shorter burn time and are generally better suited for small groups. You make also want to supply each guest two sparklers when using the 10 or 20 inch sparklers.  This will give your photographer more time to get the perfect shot.

Q - ARE THE POPPERS YOU SELL SPRING LOADED OR DO THEY CONTAIN COMPRESSED AIR?

A Neither. They have a tiny amount of powder to create the 'pop' when you pull the string. The amount is very small, small enough for the federal government to classify these products as 'novelties' and not as fireworks or explosives.
A string or trigger is pulled to actuate the device. Upon activation, the device expels flame-resistant paper streamers or confetti and produces a small popping sound.

Q Can I use sparklers or the other item you sell where I live?

A - Some local communities may ban or regulate the use of sparklers. We do not track laws so it is up to you to decide if sparklers are legal in your community.  Please make sure you are aware of local laws as we are not liable for sparkler use!  SparklersDepot.com or its members cannot be held liable for any use of products without direct supervision.

Q - Are sparklers hard to light?
A - Although matches may work, our sparklers are designed to light easily with a lighter. The small sparklers can be lit with a regular Bic style lighter.  For the Large Sparklers we recommend to use a large grill style lighter.

Q- What is your return policy?

A Because of the nature of the products we sell, returns are not accepted.  So, check local ordinances or with the event planner before placing an order.
